The sports menu highlights American football, baseball, basketball, MMA, soccer and tennis. The casino menu lists slots, live dealer games, blackjack, table games, a studios filter and “Cloudbet Originals”, its own in-house games. It also runs a VIP Club, a blog, a Telegram channel and a provably fair page for its originals.

What a reader should expect, more than any game list, is the legal position in their own country. That depends on where you are, not on what Cloudbet offers. If online betting is licensed where you live, the regulator there publishes which operators it has approved, and only those operators are answerable to it. Cloudbet’s terms put the responsibility on the customer: clause 7.1.3 lists the places where you may not be located when using the site, and clause 5.4 says you warrant that online betting is permitted where you are.

The previous copy said Cloudbet was licensed by “Curacao eGaming” under licence 1669/JAZ. That describes Curaçao’s previous licensing system, under the old National Ordinance on Offshore Games of Hazard (LBH). Cloudbet Promotions: What the Terms Say About Casino and Sports Bonuses

Cloudbet advertises a welcome package and ongoing rewards. We describe what its terms say about them, without amounts or sign-up steps, because a bonus is never a good reason to choose an operator that is not licensed where you live.

Two clauses deserve attention before any offer. Clause 8.1 says Cloudbet can cancel any bonus or bonus programme “with immediate effect at its sole discretion”, and can decline withdrawals or deduct funds if it suspects bonus abuse. Clause 11.1 lets it suspend an account and withhold winnings if it suspects a breach of its terms or if a customer does not complete identity checks in time. The old page listed “Free Spins Tuesdays”, a Spinomenal tournament and a Thursday deposit bonus. None of these could be confirmed on Cloudbet’s current pages, and dated promotions do not belong in a profile, so they have been removed. Cloudbet runs a VIP Club. The six named tiers and the rollover figures in the old version of this page could not be checked against Cloudbet’s current pages and have been taken out. Sports betting is licensed in many countries, and the rules differ widely. In some markets only one state-run operator is allowed; in others, a regulator licenses private sportsbooks and publishes a register of them. The United Kingdom’s Gambling Commission, for example, keeps a public register where anyone can look up an operator and the website addresses it is licensed to use. Cloudbet’s terms bar users located in the UK, and it is not a licensed option there or in any of the other places its terms exclude.

E-Sports and Virtual Sports

Cloudbet has a separate esports section with markets on titles such as Counter-Strike, Dota 2, League of Legends, Valorant, FIFA and NBA2K. The old copy also described virtual sports decided by a random number generator; we could not confirm that product on Cloudbet’s current pages and have removed the description.

Many people who follow esports are young, which makes age checks especially important. Checking that a customer is old enough to gamble is one of the basic duties a licensing regulator holds its operators to. If you are a parent, it is worth knowing that crypto betting sites can be reached from any browser, and that parental controls and filtering software can block gambling sites on a family device.

Cloudbet Sports Betting Odds

The 2023 review claimed that Cloudbet’s odds were better than those of “non-crypto” sportsbooks because crypto transactions are cheap. That claim had no source and we have deleted it. Its originals have a provably fair page, which lets a player check that a result was not changed after a bet was placed. The old page named slot titles, jackpot games and live game shows and described them as “high-quality”. We could not confirm the current game list for any given country, so the titles and the quality claims are out. The previous version listed twelve slot studios and five live casino studios. Some facts from Cloudbet’s terms that affect payments:

• Identity verification is required once cumulative deposits reach USD 2,200, and Cloudbet may ask for documents at any time (clause 21.1.5).
• Deposits and withdrawals can be restricted, and funds locked, while verification is pending.
• Cloudbet may convert a cryptocurrency it stops supporting into another supported coin (clause 7.3.10).

Crypto transfers cannot be reversed, and crypto balances change in value. In many countries gambling winnings are also subject to tax rules, which differ from place to place; your national tax authority is the place to check.

User Experience at Cloudbet

We have not opened a Cloudbet account and give no rating for its interface. Its public pages show a top menu for sports, casino and esports, a social “Pulse” feed and a weekly parlay feature. Social features that show other people’s wins are a design choice worth noticing: they make winning look more common than it is.

On the responsible gambling side, Cloudbet’s help centre describes deposit limits, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion. These tools apply to Cloudbet only. National self-exclusion schemes, such as GAMSTOP in Great Britain, cover the operators licensed in that country, not sites like Cloudbet.

Cloudbet Mobile

We found no downloadable Cloudbet app on its site; the platform is designed to run in a mobile browser. It also runs a Telegram channel. A browser site that works anywhere is convenient, but it also means nothing on your phone ties the site to the country you are in, which is why checking the operator’s licence for your country matters before you sign up.

Who Runs Cloudbet: Halcyon Super Holdings and the CGA Licence

Cloudbet’s footer states that cloudbet.com is operated by Halcyon Super Holdings B.V., a company incorporated in Curaçao with company number 148526, and that it is licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Authority under licence number OGL/2024/328/0599.

We checked that claim at the source in two places:

• The CGA certificate page for cloudbet.com confirms the operator, company number and licence number, says the licence was granted on 23 May 2025 under the National Ordinance on Games of Chance, and showed its status as “Active” on 7 October 2026.
• The CGA’s online gaming licence registry, last updated on 2 October 2026 and linked from its licence register page, lists the same licence for Halcyon Super Holdings B.V. with an expiry date of 23 May 2026 and the status “Assessment in progress”. The CGA notes that its overviews do not guarantee the current validity of a licence.

So the operator is identified and its Curaçao licence is on the regulator’s records, with the status shown above. That still does not make Cloudbet a licensed option in your country. The CGA itself says on its online gaming page that it does not handle individual complaints between players and operators, cannot mediate, and cannot order an operator to pay a player.

For disputes, Cloudbet’s terms (clauses 22.1 and 22.2) send unresolved complaints to CADRE, an independent dispute resolution service, after Cloudbet’s own complaints process. The CGA’s list of certificate holders names Cadre BV as an approved alternative dispute resolution provider. Clauses 22.3 and 22.4 make Curaçao law apply and give the courts of Curaçao exclusive jurisdiction, which is a long way from home for most players.

The old advantages and disadvantages list called Cloudbet “one of the best” crypto casinos and listed “unavailable in certain countries” as a minor drawback. For many readers, that drawback decides everything. Here are the facts in one place:

• Identified operator: Halcyon Super Holdings B.V., with a CGA licence number that appears on the regulator’s records.

Before signing up with any betting site, these checks are worth five minutes:

1. Find your national regulator. Most countries that license online gambling have a regulator with a public website. Great Britain has the Gambling Commission’s public register; Malta has the Malta Gaming Authority’s licensee register, which covers MGA licences rather than permission to serve every country.
2. Look up the operator by company name and website address. The company named in the site’s footer should appear on your regulator’s list for that exact domain.
